Made appointment but shop did not adhere to my appointment time. As a new customer they quickly assigned me to technicians who were not skilled in their duties. As a result I had to get my toes repainted by another technician once cleaned. Now my nails. The gel polish has already cracked and chipped within a week. I am super unhappy and disappointed because the people are really nice.
