Awful. The lady tugged at my cuticles instead of removing them so she hurt me and even after she finished, my cuticles looked worse than before she started. She also tugged while clipping my nails so she hurt my nail bed. Her color application was also horrible. There were bumps on two of nails and instead of reapplying the polish, she scraped them off and put on a third coat. When i said it still shows, she seemed upset. Would never reccomend and wont come back.
