I wish I asked the name of who I had, but I absolutely loved her! No one has ever spent so much wonderful time and attention on me. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure, and I don't think I've ever in my life been treated so well! My nails look amazing, she gave me a massage, took her time, made she I liked what she was doing, etc. I'm so happy with my experience and I'll definitely be back!

I got my nails done here today. The lady cut them too short and then I added gems which fell off within 15 minutes. Also had to pay extra $15 for french design…

Toes were crooked and paint chipped off within the hour

Probably the worst salon in new york. Nails are never the same shape - they upcharge for absolutely everything. Tried it a handful of times, and never had the same experience. Only good thing is the receptionist is kind.

Kind staff and clean facility

Worst experience ever. They were overbooked and I was waiting around even though I had an appointment. I fell asleep while getting my pedicure and they tried charging me extra for a massage that they said they gave me while I was asleep. Scam!

They are prompt and do a good job at getting you in and out on time, which is important to me since I get my manicures on my lunch break. A couple of my nails chipped and flaked about 3 days after my service and I was not happy about that. The staff is nice and the area is convenient for me.
