Super disappointed, they were very busy, I waited 30m even though I had an appointment. All the ladies were so stressed and the entire time yelling out to each other and every guess that walked in. My nail Artist took twice as long as she should because she kept Answering the phone, talking to People walking in the door etc. whole appointment was an hour longer than it should Have been.
