I have been here many times before and I was extremely disappointed this time. They raised the price of the manicure and ten minute massage without alerting me even though they recognized me as a repeat customer, and it ended up being a poorly done manicure anyways. They stopped doing acrylic and offered me UV gel fill instead and did a bad job of shaping the nails and even failed to give me the shape I asked for. At the end, they did not take American Express, but instead of telling me that they told me my card didn’t work and asked for another. After me insisting that it should work they finally told me why. Then, after I paid with a different card, they told me they only take cash tips so I gave her the $10 that I had and she asked for another $2 just to make it 20%.
